Tamimi Markets' Head Office and Store 106 in Rakah, Dammam, combines a retail supermarket with the company's own corporate headquarters in a single building — meaning the project had to satisfy both a working retail store and an executive office environment under one roof. Jurosh delivered the works on a turnkey basis, covering civil, structural, architectural and MEP scope including low current systems, working alongside Zamil Steel & Stancon with VADO as consultant across the 2023–24 build.
The structural phase was substantial: 12,000 m³ of concrete works, with the full structural package completed in 5 months. That pace depended on tight sequencing between reinforcement, formwork and pour scheduling — the site progression runs from a levelled, laser-graded platform through reinforced slab-on-grade, rising column and wall formwork, to a standing concrete frame ready for envelope and fit-out.
Finishing works carried the project through to occupancy, and notably extended to the CEO and Owner floor — an executive level fitted to a higher standard than typical back-of-house space, with partitioned offices, open workstation areas and finished ceilings and flooring throughout. That combination, a retail structural shell below and an executive office fit-out above, is exactly the kind of mixed-use scope Jurosh's turnkey model is built to carry under one contract.
The result is a fully operating Tamimi Markets store and head office — Store 106 trading on the ground level, with corporate leadership housed in finished office space directly above it.
